移英生活說明書
以下分享香港其中 6 間大學申請 MOI Letter 的方法：（以下的資料是
筆者一些朋友過往成功索取 MOI letter 的經驗分享，但相關的費用、方
法及資訊可能因應時效或個別情況而有所不同，建議大家先聯絡學校的
教務處或學系，了解清楚索取 MOI letter 的途徑。）
香港大學
通過網上申請 Testimonial，申請時在 Remarks 註明「for applying UK
ECCTIS」及要求「Indicate “The medium of the course was English” 」。
申請 testimonial 費用為港幣 30 元。（申請網站：http://www.ase.hku.
hk/asoffice）
香港中文大學
以 電 郵 申 請 Letter of Certification， 電 郵 註 明「for applying UK
ECCTIS」 及 要 求「Indicate “The medium of the course was
English”」。申請 Letter of Certification 費用為港幣 40 元。（申請電郵：
transcript@cuhk.edu.hk）
香港科技大學
筆者的一位香港科技大學畢業生朋友，他當時是以網上申請 Award
Certification Letter，而且申請過程中沒有註明是申請 ECCTIS，也沒有
要求標明授課語言，但收到的 Award Certification Letter 有寫上「English
is the medium of instruction and assessment at the University 」。 申 請
Award Certification Letter 費 用 為 港 幣 30 元。（ 申 請 網 站：https://
registry.hkust.edu.hk/resource-library/award-certification-letter-graduates）
另 外， 科 大 的 網 站 上 表 示 要 索 取 Proof of English as Medium of
Instruction 的正確做法是以電郵向教務處申請。如果使用這個方法，
建議大家在電郵上表明是用作申請 UK ECCTIS。（申請電郵：
